Create or Set Up New Project
Overview
In Stakeholders (fcehome.intel.com) projects, companies and users are setup to provide users relevant access based on user role to the FCE suite of applications. Access in Stakeholders (fcehome.intel.com) is segregated on global level and company level. Only global roles (Stakeholder Admin) can setup new project in stakeholders. Setting up of new project requires configuring project, companies, users and users mapping to tools in fcehome.
Steps

First, user must be on the intel network .

Then, as an Admin, navigate to fcehome.intel.com. Note: To understand about Admin permissions, click here.

If you intend to create new project in fcehome.intel.com, follow these Steps.

Then, project needs to be configured. Contact Baseiste Administrator to Activate roles in the project, setup project defalut groups and create project in Fce connect.

The Basesite Administrator will respond back to the Admin.

Once project setup in fcehome.intel.com then jump to “Assign Companies” section below (Jump to assign Companies section if project already exists in FCEhome).

After companies has been assigned to the project, assign users from these companies appropriate roles in the project to grant access in FCE Applications by following steps in “Assign Roles to Users” section below.

- Assign Companies to the project by following the Steps here. If new company is to be created, follow these Steps.
Assign Roles to Users
- Next, Assign Users from the companies (Step 4) to the project through roles. Click here for detailed steps. If user does not exists in the system, follow these steps. (Note- The roles within the project has to be activated first by going to the “Project” Module by the Global Admin (Currently Basesite has Global Admin permissions.
Setup Project Default Groups
